★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know they have good reviews. But my experience was not good at all. For sure take receipt if you are paying advance.else they behave as if we are asking for free. Also the old man not sure if he is owner seems to be very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good service and poor workmanship, if possible avoid the shop, As far as customer service goes they are very hesitant to show the options and later when asked , comes up with answer that they have only that option.
Had ordered for sofa cushions for wooden sofa10 pics along with cover, Initially all great things are spoken but when product was finished there was inconsistent dimensions of cushions which resulted in gaps in sofa. Also there was varying comfort of cushions due to different densities, The back cushions were as hard as rock, I had even visited the shop in between asking for proper sample, for which excuse was given as sample not available, later when requested for a softer foam owner comes with a proposal of latex foam which is expensive, even non branded vendors have better options in foam, go only if you need to buy latex foam products, that too at your own risk. Even stitching was not so up to the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give negative star for my pathetic experience with this shop. The owner of the shop is very rude and money minded. He doesn't care about customer. Initially to get customer, he will talk very nicely but once u paid the money, he will show his true colors. We paid 80% of the total amount and still have to wait for almost 10 months for the work to be completed. Everytime he used to give new excuse and lies and spoke very unprofessionally. On top of that, we didn't get the material what we ordered. Instead they sent different material and color as the one we chose was misplaced or not available with him anymore. He sent rusted materials, old used fittings and altogether different designs of most of the things we shortlisted. The price of all the items is way too high and to top it all worst customer service and useless products. Beware and stay away from this shop...Save yourselves while u still can..

His wife and his daughter they are sitting together and play with customer .
They cancelled our dealbdue to money wat they make it and I want my money back they all are using abusing language.
Pls don't buy anything don't go this shop pls

I booked his fabric and tailor for my sofa cover he agreed latter he said I tailor want cushion at his shop I said how does it possible pls send tailor to our home .we were waited 3wks thn one person come and he doesn't confident in his work
Then he said he want more money I said it's ohk we won't make I ll do some other shop he said ohk but he doesn't return my money and I gone to his shop he was abusing me and his daughter said ghatiya aurat and his wife said 2 Kodi ki aurat I didn't heard such time of language.. don't go in his shop
