★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have availed the service on three occasions in the last 4 yrs. Every time they've been prompt. Twice, it was for passport verification. They came down to my house at the time they had committed and did if. Hassle free experience. Once it was about some loud music playing in the neighborhood for some celebration. They acted on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for Passport verification and they finished within 5 minutes. I didn’t expect that. Surprisingly they didn’t ask anything means money. I shocked that one lady inspector offered chair also. Really I had a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was forced to pay a fine of Rs.250 even if I was wearing my mask in the car and had dropped it down for a second to avoid fogging of my glass. The cop was hell bent on collecting the fine as many people passed by him casually without wearing masks. So much for being a law abiding citizen. Happened near Hennur Cross.

While the process was smooth, the police man demanded a "verification fee" at the end.
We talk about corruption all the time. The institution that ensures our country is crime free now asks for for a bribe?
All the policeman did was share a form and then staple the documents together. This in no way entitles them to ask for a fee.
I was very disappointed, I'd heard good reviews about the process here, but frankly, they let me down.
