Bought one Kurlobond mattress from them worth INR 14.5 k.
Their bill clearly said one the item is sold will never be returned.
However we never expected we will get body pain right after using this kurlon mattress. Calling kurlon customer care did not make any difference. Their engineer couldn't find fault in the mattress and as per their policy they refund only for Purchases through their official website.
And no help from this dealer.
