★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Designs are great, and I have got two houses done by them. The only problem I see is that there is lack of supervision.
It took them almost a year to fix some of our simple issues after handover, and some of the electrical work is below par. The reason I went back for the second house despite the previous issues faced, is because the designer is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved in to a house designed by Kuvio. There were a few incomplete elements - like no handles on drawers, cupboards and so on. These were to be completed in a week. It’s been over 10 days, the team is non responsive. If you’re a working professional- prepare yourself to spend hours of your work day (time in between calls) following up with them on basic asks. Thanks to their reticence, we’ve had our fingers stubbed trying to open impossibly designed closets, drawers and pricked by wood piercings.
Speaking of design sensibilities - the kitchen design (for example) is completely contrary to utility, quality of materials used is poor as well, honestly, I cannot understand why their service is so steeply priced when the quality does not match up at all
Luckily we’re renting this house hence association with this house is short term, however we are sure that we’ll never personally use or recommend Kuvio to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are owners of an apartment where the interiors were done by Kuvio. We are based in Mumbai while the apartment is in Bangalore - that didn’t come in the way of finalising an elegant design in a week’s time over email and zoom. We had finalised a lease. Kuvio expedited their efforts and largely completed their work in 45 days on our request against their initial estimate of 60 days. The work was done in the period Aug - Sep 20. Some fixtures could not be fixed on time - attributable to various logistics issues caused by the partial lockdown. Kuvio made sure that they communicated with us frequently on WhatsApp keeping us posted on progress. We found them professional, courteous and friendly. We had our concerns on whether workers would be available etc due to the pandemic - Kuvio kept us at ease despite the pressures of dealing with multiple vendors in a pandemic situation over the 2 month period. I am happy to recommend Kuvio.
