★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note we got delivery of cylinder booked on 4 July 2020 and the delivery person mentioned the amount at Rs.635/- against Rs.597/- When we questioned him he said it was service charge. This should be stopped and ensure they don't cheat customers. We usually pay them Rs.20/- even though he has to take only about 20 steps to our garage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Availing a gas connection - They will make you purchase everything from them. If you have a gas stove already better throw it away as they will say we have to come and inspect it and nobody will turn up.
Disconnection - You will have to carry the gas cylinders and the regulator to their office. They will not send a delivery guy as it is our need to disconnect, even if you offer them tips they won't come. For a connection they will take all the tips from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is pathetic and after repeatedly raising complaints against this agency, still the same kind of service. And the delivery guy is a thief. Even after Govt bringing in the OTP system, these guys are still able to exploit the customers. I see the status of my refill has delivered without actually getting the my Gas refill and how come they are able to change the status as delivered with the having the OTP from the customer. I dont like to give any rating for this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know why this company not giving salary to their delivery guys they take 50 rupee for delivery.....@murali enterprises check this.....I don't know I'm only getting changed like this if it's for all please comment..... people take the agency who don't charge anything ....if you don't give money next time they don't deliver properly murali INDANE GAS agency !!???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently this gas agency has supplied a cylinder with faulty washer. As a result when we connect to the new cylinder we hear hisssss sound which is a clear indication of gas leakage. Immediately we rushed to the agency and reported. The time was 07.30 PM on a working day which is outside the working hours. Mdm. Sangeetha took swift action and in the next few minutes a technician was at our door step to rectify the issue. Amazing service. Well done Sangeetha madam. Cheers.
