Firstly, he asked me to call him later even though I had called within working hours, secondly, when I asked about the USD rate, he retorted 'why do you want to know' and finally, once he had quoted his rate and I tried to discuss it, he disconnected the call in a 'take it or leave it' attitude. Not sure how others had a good experience with this guy. Extremely pathetic.
