★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to Global Wings twice, and got cheated both the times.
First time I paid for a flight and when went to collect the ticket they tried to book the flight then and said I need to pay additionally as the prices have jumped. When the ticket is paid for, why the ticket was not booked immediately? Why should they wait till I come to collect the ticket? Or, was I plainly cheated? I had to go another ordeal to get my money back as I was not willing to pay for their delinquency.
Today I went to exchange foreign currency. Before going we called and got a rate. When I went there to exchange they offered 50 Paise less and denied anyone would have given a higher price. I gave them the number we called and the time, the "boss" was adamant that they will not honour the price quoted to us.
Now I am convinced, they are habitual cheats and it runs right from the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I planned trip to Phuket and krabi. First thing is that they have not shared plan and they collected the money and the day I travel before one day only they handed over the documents and moreover they don’t know the VISA process only I suffered like any thing. As per Thailand tourist visa u need to carry 10000 Thai bhat . I personally checked with my friends and then converted money in Thomas cook with high transaction commissions in airport since I do not any option I came to this thing night 10 pm and next day early morning 3 am my flight and also only the accommodation was good and the food which was provided at island was worst and they said including all but still we paid 1000 Thai bhat for entrance and national park fees. This is unacceptable moreover when I spoke with their manager he was not listening what I am telling only. Pls look for some other travel agency for ur pleasantly travels.

From the management to all the staff members everyone one was great and we all had a teamwork environment. I thinks my Boss Mr Sandeep and his broter and the whole Jain Family for this great opportunity given to me to work for this incredible company. I am suggesting anyone in Bangalore to visit Globalwings Tours. They have Hotels, Gyms, Visa application support , money transfert and so on. Visit them and i asssure you that you will have a great customer experience

Overall excellent service provided and good job done by all...

One of the guy with whom we contacted initially was non professional and non responsive. It was a non pleasant experience.
