★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would actually rate in minus I don’t wanna even give a single star too that bad and pathetic was the service from the this travels. I had booked a 21seater bus on a weekend to Coorg. Bus which they provided was horrible. Seat cushions were not that comfortable, at the time of booking I requested for a Good entertainment system in the bus. Even when given prior requirements the vendor failed to keep up. Tv was there but doesn’t work sound system was there but it was disconnected due to some wiring issues. So for the entire trip we couldn’t use the tv nor listen to songs. When asked to change the bus he denied saying that there is no other bus available kindly adjust for that night n the driver will the issue by Mrng but that never happened we didn’t have any option believing him we started our trip. Worst case is when returning back to Bangalore it was raining ? heavily the rain water started flowing inside the bus even when all the windows were closed imagine the bus condition and Driver not that professional, Rash driving. Forget bad service this is even worse than worst service
