★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 3 cars for a wedding, no driver contact was given, all cars turned up late even after calling the owner and office a number of times, cars were filthy and old, worst was that the bride and groom had to book an Ola cab for their return as the drivers were swapped and no one informed with new contacts, pathetic service and they don't really care,. Last 2 times they messed up on airport drop and pickup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service & satisfaction. We had booked almost 6 vehicles for a wedding function about 4 months prior to the wedding date and had agreed on the price quoted by them without any negotiation.
Just a day before the wedding someone calls from the travels and says few of the vehicles are not available due to high demand so we must pay the additional prices. When we said the price was already fixed initially; the person bluntly tells us to look for some other travels.
After a lot of argument we agreed for their price and they sent the 22 seater vehicles for the wedding which was so poorly maintained. In fact on the way to the wedding , the door of the bus fell off. Thankfully no one was hurt.
Horrible service and such rude staff they have. Please do not take any service from them!!! Waste of money and they can only help in creating issues from the very beginning

Negatives were that the music system was bad, and some seats were not reclining well.
