★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this centre to submit application for disconnection of landline connection. I filled application as suggested by staff, who was courteous and explained documents to be submitted. Thanks for courteous service. Waiting for speedy disconnection process. Unfortunately I am yet to get the refund. As on 7th December 2021,there is no news about refund. Looks like, I may not get the refund. Moral: submit and forget.? As of today, no refund. I wish the govt uses this money for a good cause .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want a worst experience, it's the one. All the employees are careless, behaving as if customers have invaded their homes, including manager behaving the same. Probability of solving your issue will be least and they are least concerned about customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a fibernet connection for my business and BSNL has outsourced this service to vendors.
These vendors are extremely bad in customer service.
My internet was down for more than 10 days blocking my all business operations.
The BSNL vendor Maruthi Enterprises refused to come on early hours during lockdown to fix the connection.
BSNL direct employees are helpful but their vendors are not!
Keep away from BSNL fibernet if you are in a business. They do not understand customer needs and the seriousness of the issue.
The more you complain, they will simply close your tickets without resolving it.
