★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical old style government office & officials. Their utilisation in terms of productive time would be only 20% compared to employees in private telecom companies. They don't know basics of Customer Service.
Cannot blame them. They have got used to warming up the seats 9am to 6pm.

Worst in terms of customer service and the internet experience. Another failure of an organisation by the government.
