★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bldg is very big. Probably, this could be the reason BSNL is providing its office spaces for rent as it could not earn anything more from telecom due to the worst services they offer. Have to visit this place bcos we have been a loyal customer for BSNL since 30 yrs and now it does not want our loyalty any more. Am looking forward to disconnect LL services as I have already unsubscribed BB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fed up of complaining about my landlines from November 2021 which totally dead and not functioning. Had raised more than 20 complaints. Came here to surrender the phone and collect back the deposit. They don't even give acknowledgement for our surrender application. Moreover I remember paying 10000 Rs deposit paid about 25 years back. Now they claim to return only 1600 Rs that too within six months. This BSNL is nothing but thieves.
Moreover the account section person on second floor on adjacent building doesn't reveal his name. He has reimbursed two months billing charges only. Whearas the phone is not working from November last. When we ask him .... he is very rude and says don't talk to me.
There is no complaints mechanism against any of them.
