★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service but they just force u to change sim slots , recharge for 2 or 3 times for sms, change from prepaid to postpaid and vist them more than 3/4 times
And not good network srevice by VI after Idea merged with Vodafone.
So I suggest not to take VI sim cards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Pre-paid Sim got blocked and I visited this place to get the new sim. Though they provided the new sim and their customer service was fairly good, however they took hell lot of time. I think we were in the store for atleast 2 hours. And then they hand over the post paid sim and they also informed us if you need prepaid this can be done only after 3 months.
