β β β β β This is the worst HSBC branch I ever visited. They denied customer service, instead gave excuses that we have many customers in the waiting lobby so we cannot serve me. I was asked to go to MG road branch. I never thought I will feel disappointed of having an account with the bank for more 10 years.

β β β β β HSBC bank has to be one of the worst banks. They do not have any of the new features like UPI. None of the online payment gateways lets you transfer from HSBC bank. If you request for a paper statement be sent to your address, they are not going to send that. When you call up the customer care they cannot really help you.

β β β β β This is worst bank I ever used . I am continuously trying to get my ATM pin no has responded properly . When call to ask they told server issue. Are you people's want 20 days to generate a pin . And whenbubtry to add this account to my UPI (phone pe)OTP comes after 10 min . This bank wasting my time

β β β β β There is just one person who is assigned to work on most customer facing activities. I wonder why such a huge bank and a main branch like this one cannot assign atleast few more people to quickly clear the queue of people waiting. Spent close to 45 minutes waiting for a simple request to be completed.

β β β β β Only two branches in Bangalore. Though experience at branch was good for the 1 time I visited for account closing(weekday), the overall accessibility and banking services are not at all handy, and quite lengthy and tough to set up. I held a salary account and could not perform any kind of banking services except UPI in the duration of 2 years of banking with HSBC. Setting up NetBanking/Debit Card/Credit card activation was hectic and next to impossible to a level I couldn't do it in 2 years.(I'm a moderate to heavy day to day banking services user).
Specifically, the branch was easy to locate and on the same road as Vidyarthi bhavan, and parking is accessible.
