β β β β β Pathetic service 1 star is also very high for this office where customer is treated worse than a beggar. Senior officials in the branch take 2 to 3 hours of lunch break and helpless customers are made to wait whole day. The staff need to be sent to private banks for a crash course in client service.

β β β β β Please be careful about Mr. Balaji in RACPC, he is institute for SBI staff to customers harassment, dodging, misleading, problem elongation for his benefit through external recovery agencies. May be, if you pay, the work will done fast.
Avoid SBI, because it is public harassment bank.

β β β β β Be careful with legally corrupted staff. There is mafia in RACPC, who will dodge the customers by legally appointed external agents for the under table benefit. Ensure the safety before approaching this SBI. Particularly here, none of the staff care for your communication. Don't dig your own grave by having relation with Bank. The reservations policy of our government made most of them not to care customers. Whatever you complain on their attitude and work, staff will get promotion and month end salary. Public money for their work inefficiency.

Took home loan in 2019 , had to visit once to sign and give docs... 2022 closed home loan again came twice to give branch noc and collection of docs. My experience has been great with sbi banks. Before this had 2 cer loans from sbi . Some of the comments give negative impacts but it is very smooth and most (if not all) are very friendly to their customers and even potential next Customer.

β β β β β Once loan is processed disbursement is a very big problem...even after sending all documents , you need to follow up with them everyday. No replies to mails. Not reachable easily on phone numbers also.
Everyday they will cook up new stories and keep you waiting.
