★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey but good n unique. At times some of the vegetables get spoiled quickly after buying here because they keep in refrigated environment whilst I don't. Overall good place to shop once in a while. I like their fruits quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recieved my order but it came 4 hours after the scheduled time slot. Quality is good but 4 items were missing. I sat with delivery person validated each item and only after validation I paid the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered an item on 20th July which was supposed to be delivered on 21st July. It wasn't delivered, next day when i got back to them they informed it was out of stock. And that they would refund the money. Been 10 days now, no proper response on mail or from customer care chat option. Would suggest buying from some other website. Truly useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Krishi Direct.
I ordered some vegetables and fruits and here is the summary. The quality of items is at the best OK. Most of the items were bad. The delivery person would call every 2 minutes to check on how to come from my apartment complex main gate to my flat (in spite of the security folks guiding him). It was extremely irritating that a simple delivery needed almost 5 calls to be answered.
Purple Brinjal - Not delivered
Capsicum - Very very small and poor quality
Ginger - Some of the ginger was Rotten and hence the whole packet smelled awful
Ridge Gourd - Broken into small pieces and delivered (Why the Hell?)
Green Chill - Substandard quality. Lot of unwanted items like dry leaves with soil
Curry Leaves - Rs.5 worth bunch sold for Rs.27 (WOW! and I bought it)
Coriander Leaves - the bunch was half rotten when opened. Could hardly use 50% of the bunch. Took almost 45 mins to clean the mess
Lemon - okay but extremely small
Coconut, Baby Corn, Methi, Palak, Malabar Spinach - Okay
Cherry - Not delivered
Blueberry, Cranberry - substandard
Apple, Pomegranate - Okay
I am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my card for undelivered items. They say they have initiated the refund and it will take 5 business days

All the positive reviews are fake and these are written by their staff and digital marketing people. Only negative reviews are true about the company which are written by their customers.
You won't receive all the items after when you place order, only few items will be delivered but you will be billed for all the items. You can see most of the customers have complained about the same thing. The items are rotten and the quality is worse. Also the cost is very much high when compared with the market. The staffs are dumb and don't know how to treat or speak to customers.
Please stay away from these unprofessionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service! Ordered vegetables and made the payment online for an afternoon delivery. There was no confirmation and after multiple follow ups was informed that they had issue with their invoicing system. I was assured the delivery will be done by evening. No communication after that and finally when I reached out again, it's the same excuse. I then requested to cancel my order and process the refund. The customer service did not know the refund policy and the number of days. Such a waste of time!
