★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to give one star for the female staff which was today at the show room. Cold and unwelcoming nature. Acts very pricy even though the sofa designs were good we dint like the way she spoke like we are just come for time pass and kept us showing what we dint wanted to see.. designs are good but her behaviour was not so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a bunch of ill-mannered people as staff, seems like staff would show the furniture to customer only if he is interested in furniture above 4 to 5 lac, otherwise behaviour is like why they have come here and when they wil leave the store. And one sales guy was not even telling the price properly, he was behaving like he is doing some favour, I don't know how store is selling any furnitures with these staff, not sure how these people are appointed here or the management want to allow people to see products only if you are looking for furniture above 5 lacs . We liked one sofa set there but we left the store and purchased better quality sofa set from Ashley furnitures. never ever recommend anyone to visit this showroom

The staff are too good and explain you each and every detail of the furniture. If you are looking for a good place to buy furnitures then this is the place for you if you don't mind the price.

I am a customer and my booked furniture in on the way. I am intending to buy more from your store and what a unpleasant attitude and response I got from one of your female staff. All the promises of long term support on product and quality suddenly seems so fake, experiencing this. I have clearly explained my inability of movement owing to critical medical condition and have sent inquiries on Whattsapp for certain articles I selected from simply sofas website, but you choose to ignore on your front. Is this any professional customer service. Just to clarify on my physical visits the service and time given by Raghav was impeccable and in a way which made us do a deal of 8 lacs on the same day. But this female whoever has interacted online is very unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely fresh collection, got everything I needed for living and dining and a couple of odd spaces. Helpful, practical advice from people on the floor, had to prod to get a little more information on the superb features though. Delivery - had some trouble navigating a tight lift and staircase, but they did it commendably and with care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised to see such a huge showroom with this wide range of products. They have quite an extensive collection of sofas, tables, recliners. I really liked their collections. Extremely friendly and courteous staffs. Will recommend this place to anyone who is looking to revamp their home interiors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the showroom is a single floor space with a nice ambience. It’s a premium store so go here only if you have high budgets. You get to choose from a wide range of brands based mostly in Europe. These guys source the couches from abroad and sell as is. I was told that customization is possible but the wait time is 5 and 1/2 months at least.
Most sofa sets we liked were in the range of 5 to 7 lakhs. But the color options were limited. We ended up buying our couches from some other store finally.
The designs here are a class apart. Sleek and functional yet comfortable is how I would describe most of their collection as. Go here if you are looking for premium range.
