★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Complaint No: 123783808422 Dated: 19-OCT-2020. It's nearly 2 months and BSNL land line is still dead. All bills have been fully paid. AGM Shiv Prasad is reluctant in helping us out. Such a sad state of affair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dying Dino! As a past employee I have a very fond relationship with the organisation. But today things are pathetic. Once buzzing with activity, the place is looking like it's own graveyard. Sorry state of affairs.

Only for bill payment collection BSNL staff will be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although, I was recieved well her and the person did his best under his ambit. The office is underutilized and place is handled by one person alone for all the services like broadband, prepaid etc.. and is hard for customers who don't have enough time to wait. Otherwise, Mr Vinod gave a good service... Hope the office is completely utilized and the employees strength goes up. I like the service it offers for an unbeatable price..
Edit : After using it for few days. I feel there is network issue in it and even the internet speed isn't upto the mark. Anyways, its work to be had as an alternative secondary number.
