I came here for thier new menu launch "Globe trotting food" and they have elaborate options in the menu. This place has luxurious pool side dining. They have buffet and ala carte option. We went for ala carte and ordered Soups: Broccoli and asparagus soup, Popcorn corn sences - very creamy and delicious. Appetizers: Laal bag paneer tikka - came in round cubes and was really soft and tasty. Rock corn tempura- unique bubble waffle looking crunchy appetizers is good go with cocktails. Hakuna patata - tastes like finger chips and nice munching. Cocktails we tried was very nicely blended and refreshing. Salad: Beetroot and orange salad & Sun dry forest are good combo of salad. Pastas: Linguini de casa - pasta lovers will enjoy this sphagetti mix with spices and good flavours. Main course: Sambar risotto & Papad paratha rajma are amazing especially i loved rajma. Desserts: Choco tacos, Tinder banana split & Chocolate fountain are the most delicious desserts served with amazing presentation. All foods are served in beautiful cutlery's and no wonder place feels luxurious with roof top seating and poolside view.

The Bengaluru Brassiere is a contemporary fine dining restaurant in Hyatt centric at mg road. The restaurant has a poolside with both outdoor and indoor seating. The place has a very rustic well lit ambiance. I recently dropped by the restaurant to try out their new globe trotting menu influenced by cuisines from all over the world. The menu has been carefully curated to include the best of everything. We started off with some freshly prepared mocktails. Moved onto to some quick innovative starters like burrata salad , sun dried forest which I found so versatile. They also have starters influenced by local cuisine like the Ulsoor sutta kori, Lal bagh paneer tikka which were absolutely delicious. After the starters we were introduced to a nice spread of main course which included Malabar parota with pork curry and Dajaj harra. The desserts were quite eye catching : the choco tacos and cheesecake being a perfect end to a hearty meal. A very innovative and interesting menu to enjoy and experience some of the best dishes from around the world at one place.

A beautiful ambiance with great food I would say. Had an opportunity to taste the newly launched menu. It was a wide spread with global cuisine as it’s been designed for the tourists across the globe. Especially the Hakuna PATATA, Paneer tikka as a Indian cuisine and the desserts were really great. I tasted a dessert called Tinder Banana Split and this happens to be the one whole Ghevar and rosemary choco cream topped on it with caramelised bananas and topped with three flavours of ice cream which was definitely a complete meal. If you are travelling to Bangalore and planning for a stay at Hyatt centric mg road, do not miss the opportunity to visit The BENGALURU Brasserie for the beautiful spread of global cuisine served here. Chef Jamal also gives you a very good information about the each food served and definitely a great hospitality.

Though situated amidst busy MG road, the restaurant is quite calm and peaceful. It has a poolside outdoor seating with well covered seating area as well as indoor seating. The restaurant is cozy and attractive. It is clean and tidy. Good place to take some quality photos of the ambience and food to post on instagram. The quality and taste of the food is really good. Food was fresh. The only thing I wish could have been much better was the serve as the staffs were quick in taking the order but too late to serve. It took nearly 25 minutes to deliver 2 pizzas and another 15 minutes to generate the bill. The staffs can be more prompt. Must visit restaurant for quality time and food but need patience. It's on the 4th floor of Hyatt Centric, MG Road next to Lido Mall.
