★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unorganized, most of staff are missing from their desks. Need to wait long enough to get them to work on something. Most of their process can be digitalised coz paperwork becomes messy and they don't even guide properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nowadays, there are very few staff on duty. Those who are there, take a very long time to do a simple recharge. As if this wasn't enough, their system keeps crashing, forcing us to wait for a long time. This place definitely needs to improve a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The working hours are flexible. Was surprised to hear that they work Monday to Saturday, 8a-7p. No alternate Saturday holidays. There are multiple counters for getting things done (the tones vary for the counters). For Broadband, you have to go to the commercial department which is on the first floor. The entry is from the side. Got my work done pretty quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BSNL Telephone Exchange is located just opposite to the MES / B N Chandrashekar ground. It is very well maintained, with facility of ramps and low and comfortable seating for the geriatric community. There are multiple counters for getting things done (the tones vary for the counters). For Broadband, you have to go to the commercial department which is on the first floor, they have stairs and elevators for the same. The entry is from the other side. This is a clear advantage to the differently abled community. The working hours are flexible. They are open from Monday to Saturday, 8am -7pm. There are multiple counters for getting things done, and counter outside for quick payments. A shaded waiting area with the canopy of trees is there. The space receives sufficient amount of sunlight during the day. And during the night it is lit up through sufficient street lights and lights installed by the BSNL Telephone Exchange. The Bus stop right opposite has a fairly good frequency of buses to Majestic, Shivajinagar, Airport and a few other places. A few steps away is a Nandini Milk Parlour, Starbucks, Rashtrothana, Post office etc. It is about a 5 - 10-minute walk to the Jayanagar 4th Block Shopping Complex.
