★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While porting from another network they will talk very nicely but after porting they won't reached your number. This thing happens with me & because of which I have to be with out SIM for two days. Worse store one should thing before going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. My sim got deactivated without any notification or any message and for no good reason. I visited a mini store and after 40 mins of checking they asked me to visit the main store. It took good 1hour and 30 minutes for them to get the things sorted fill the forms, take the picture of mine and process. They mentioned the number will be activated in 4 to 5 days. As an expat i did not have an alternative number i asked them to issue me a new sim, which they promised to get activated within 30 mins of time. Issuing of new sim took another good 55 mins.This happened last saturday morning 10.00 am to 1.30 pm. (From the mini store to the main store)
Today is 28th and still the new sim which they mentioned will be activated is not activated and they got the recharge money of 297.
Also i sent emails to email id which they have me at the store to send my perosnal documents ... no reply so far!!!
Utterly disappointed and the app sucks too!! It processed the recharge payment for an deactivated sim!
I think better opt for alternative options. I am new here and this made me delayed in all my work and am unable to call or contact people when am outside!!
If there is a negative rating i would have opt for it.. one star is way too much for them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lost mobile & applied for duplicate sim not activated till now it is more than 4 days.The service is very bad.If they do this type of service it is very difficult to survive in market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I should have get 0 star i will give big 0 only.1st of all PATHETIC SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR. And the so called there store manager 1st she should get some training what is called customer service that she dont know. For one post to pre paid conversion i have visited 4 times that also problem not solved, She the STORE MANAGER was telling me my photo was not matching with my original DL and my dl validity is still 2033,as per her I should have change my dl photo to change post to pre conversion,after all the hungma also my work has not been done, and with the same id proof other store has done the work within 2 hour. Please avoid these store and that store should change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't deserve even 1 star. I went to port my number. They took all the details and even after 4 days the number was not ported. When I called the guy said you have to do it again. I was surprised. Finally my number was not ported. Worst customer service I experienced there.
Then I put the request online to port my another number. They guy came and took all the details. After that they cancelled my porting request without any reason. The number finally not ported. Seems something seriously wrong with VI.

They do work but not enthusiastic or really happy to work. The top management should motivate the staff with adequate care and support. Else change the slogan 'happy to help'
