I waited for more than 15 minutes before a helpful person directed me to someone else who walked over to the absent person's desktop and did the needful. My house inspection got done immediately after I requested the AEE, Mr Yashanth. The AEE was very helpful on the phone as well. A pleasant experience for getting my house water connection usage changed to "domestic " category.
