★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow...Never seen such government office with that smooth works, got marriage certificate in just 1 hour, Hussle free, very helpful and explain things nicely, no intermediate broker, they can charge 300-500. Get all the documents and can get certificate on time. Xerox shop is there just next to office where can get marriage form.

Then, how can we avoid travelling to their office, and creating traffic snarls ? If a number is published we can contact without wasting petrol, without polluting, without creating additional traffic burden and saving time to enquire on few small things. The officer in-charge should and ministry should make it mandatory to add email id and telephone number. Also, should ensure number published is attended to, not switched off (if mobile) and person attending should be able to answer all phone queries.
