★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travels. I traveled from bangalore to chennai. No hygine. Full of mosquitoes. Government bus is much better than SRS. Dirty sheets with dirty bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst travels to take...bus came 1hour late and reached the destination 2 hours late.i need to reach my destination by 7am tats y I booked this travels or else I had better option which is reaching by 9 am.but these guys dropped me 9am only,literally 13hours I was on the travels and the didn't respond anything..and highlight is they stopping in the middle of the night and asking to have chai(3am)?.Totally it's a good truck thier priority is to collect parcel and drop them..they don't even mind you inside the bus..bcz we are just giving the fuel price right,thier main source of income is parcel service only.Better rebuild the body and make it as truck.After reading this u need to take srs travels,just be prepared for atleast 1 hour delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This would be the worst of worst travel ever ...took a bus to Goa for some bad reason and the journey was the most dissatisfying one. The bus compressor was damaged midway ....driver makes us get off the bus and randomly board another bus which has 2 seats... asking 6 of us to sit in for another 170kms. Refusing to board that bus...the driver asked us to wait in the middle of nowhere when it's still dark outside....just 2 girl's with a few men... telling a bus may come and can take 10...15 or any no.of mins and we can then go. After everyone questioning him as to how he would leave 2 girls there and go...he then allowed us to get into the bus and later got us all into a different bus...but ofcourse we eneded up paying extra.... wherein these guys took full money for the incomplete journey. Nobody brother's to respond when you call the travel's. Even if they did....they are the most ignorant guys....I always used to take this bus within state when travelling to native ...has given me all the comfort. But sadly this hasn't been the same after COVID hit....worst journey. Would recommend none to use this service if travelling to Goa especially.
Similarly....while travelling back to Bangalore (a different driver luckily) ended up going not on the road and got falsely blamed for damaging the electric wires and was held by the Goa police at the check post....waited for 2 hrs to get things sorted out and the response from travels is...'what can we do if they catch hold of us?'....ask any alt...answer is 'wait'. Isn't this ridiculous that they have no alternative arrangements.... specially when you are travelling miles together to a different place and instances happen...! Worst of worst travels....!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the driver towards passengers is worst and also you can't keep your luggages down in the luggage carrier you have to keep with you on the seat this is the worst ever bus i have traveled in my entire life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience faced during my banglore to chennai trip, where the driver yelled so badly and asked to return to my seat even before the bus starts. the duty of the driver and the person who accompanies him to give responses to the passengers There will be many passengers mainly women who travel alone,but their is no support from the drivers for such people. And the quality and neatness is very poor, i have never seen the charging points of SRS working, even the lights.We pay for it but it never will work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place , waiting hall and restroom there , also just when you are on the road , look insode left , that is where srs travels is there , back of the small chai shop and in between the chai shop and greenline waiting hall. People are good and responsive, they help a lot and guide too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place changed to new location nearby.. just opposite to Axis Bank. Vehicle not maintained properly. Poor maintenance of washroom and waiting area. No proper response. Travel was pathetic while traveling to Bangalore. Stopped in some local shop where don't proper toilets, women's suffered a lot!! Totally a bad experience.
