★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rowdies..I would like to give 0 star..Bus Owner and Staff Behavior was very Rude, they don't know the proper timings of their bus and I would not travel again in this Bus again...worst bus service ever..l need full refund of ticket amount.Will never choose cauvery travels again.Good bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Cauvery Travels Volvo AC bus to travel from Bangalore to Madurai on 13 May 2016 in Redbus. But they have arranged Siddaganaga Bus ( Ordinary bus) which was not informed. I was travelling with my wife. So I did not have any option. I had to travel in that Bus. I should have checked the reviews of Cauvery Travels. Think twice and read reviews before travelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This travels is a fraud as a whole. Please do not get trapped with these people. There is a fellow sitting in their madiwala office who was acting as rowdy and was attempting to beat people. He was distributing ticket for bus which was not arranged at all. I had to travel an utter pathetic journey from Bangalore to coimbatore which was such a terrific one that I wish never happen in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, Please don't book ticket for your Journey in this travels. Its the one of the waste travels in INDIA. I explain my bad experience below.
" I want to travel from Calicut to Bangalore on 17/04/2016. So I chose this travels for my journey. And I Booked my ticket on 02/04/2016.At that time the ticket price was 900 Rs/- After that in 11/02/2014 one Guy was called me and told me that the same bus having some mechanical issue and its not ready for the journey, so we cancelling your ticket. And he do it. Now I can understood, the bus having no issue. its a fake call from their side for earn more money for each ticket. Now the ticket price is 1400 Rs/-"
So guys please don't follow this Travels for your valuable journey.

Had booked a bus for 11.45pm - they first said there is a 30 mins delay. Called them at 12.30 am from my boarding point, they said there is a 45 min delay again. Called them again at 1 am and 1.30 am, they said they'll were on the way and they would call me when they get to that point. I didn't receieve a call so I started calling them back and there was no response from any of the numbers! Till 2.30 am I was waiting at my boarding point which is not at all safe for a girl. Finally the guy who is the regional manager picks the call and tells me to go back as the bus has left without notifying me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never. I repeat never travel with this bus operator. Not even worth half a star. The bus driver and conductor were so rude. I asked them to wait for 5 mins as it was raining heavily and I was stuck in Bangalore traffic. The bus was at 10pm from madiwala. He started calling me from 9.30 and was telling that he will leave by 9.45. I asked him to wait because the boarding time was 10. He said rudely said okay..but guess what..he left! I reached by 10.05 but he already left 15 mins back..I asked him to wait ahead.He said no he can't wait..I literally had to plead..but he kept on saying no he can't stop. Finally I reached the next stop before he could reach and boarded the bus,as it was urgent for me to reach Mangalore, else no way I would get into that bus. And guess what, the bus was supposed to reach by 6 in the morning and it reached two hours late! What was the hurry for then? Literally wasted my money. Don't know how to treat passengers.No humanity at all. Never going to travel with this operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in regards to our travel in September 7 in Cauvery Travels. We came on time to Madiwala stopping but the bus had already left without even informing us. When called, the driver and management people spoke rudely and their tone was very harsh. Their exact words were "if you want, come and catch the bus in Sony World signal or else don't come". What kind of words are these? We came on time and this is how you treat customers? Moreover when we managed to reach somehow, again the driver was very harsh and was waiting more than half and hour to fill the leftover seats. Is this how you conduct business? This is the second we experience from Cauvery Travels. Never have faced such terrible experience. Please remember one thing that you can only grow if you treat customers properly. Truly disgusting behaviour from Cauvery Travels. I will tell anyone who travels to Mangalore not to choose Cauvery Travels.
