★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Madiwala kerala lines office. The staff are good. They use ashok Leyland buses. It is sleeper bus and the quality is ok. In the office they should provide washroom or toilet. The toilet is available in Kallada office. Water will be provided during the journey. The journey time to Pathanamthitta is little higher as compared to other services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling from Nagercoil to salem in this bus , never book upper seat U11 U12 ABOVE MY SEAT only there is a ac ventilator and it produces lot of noise throughout the travel unable to sleep peacefully due to that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of comfort and clean bus am giving 2 stars.
I was traveling to kovalam.....the good thing is that they will stop for 2 times bio break and not more then that....if there is emergency still the bus will not going to stop so make about that.
They stopped in a location not in Trivandrum which was 2hrs far from Trivandrum and they asked all of us to get in another seater bus.....earlier one was sleeper....and 2hrs journey was like 4hrs journey.... horrible experience.
Same with return journey we waited for the bus but they take us from another bus and after 3hrs journey we got our original bus.....
And if you are thinking that you will reached the timing they provided in there site, Noooooooooo
you have to add 2-3 hrs or more.... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service from kerala lines. Rinto p rajan sitting in the office gave me last seat of a bus telling offering me a different seat while making the payment. I had a horrible travel experience and i cannot sleep. Im making this review at 2am in the morning. Donot book tickets from their office. They openly cheat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not perfect travels but will get the job done. They were on time no delays. Main issue was for a fair of 1800 they should have offered water bottle. Drivers were good and friendly. My journey was from trivandrum to bangalore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our trip to Cochin on29/4/2022 was very pleasant. The booking office staff are very friendly and cooperative. They relentlessly helped passengers while boarding. Started our journey at the promised time and arrived at the destination 20 minutes before the scheduled time. The driver and his support staff were excellent. Thank you Mr. Rinto and his support staff for all the help extended to us. Keep the good work up
