★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Booked bus was cancelled with a single notification stating technical reasons.
Was assured refund with 3 biz days which even after 3 weeks not reflected and no curtsy reply for the emails sent.
It's not the same old praveen travels. Just taken customers for granted. Shame on praveen travels attitude......???
Guys, please opt for better transportation service, who values the people and the fair paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor staff. I had booked a ladies seat from Bangalore to Chennai and they put a man on the seat right next to me saying there is no other seat for him. Not just that, despite making a request to stop because I was feeling unwell, the staff member was rude especially the bus assistant. They kept adding people at various stops and delayed the arrival but when I asked him to stop for 5 mins, the bus assistant refused.
I would suggest to go for better services like InterCity or even State govt buses in that way are better
