★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I was travelling frm bnglr to Kumbakonam on 11-09-2016. Next day mrning when we reached tanjore the driver asked me to get down frm the bus as the bus has to go 4 repair so can't continue further 2 drop you. This was not the 1st time it happened to me, beforehand also once they did 2 me in the same way. SRM should do something, it's getting worse day by day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place not only no longer exists, but also I found that SRM has not removed their boarding point of this location. They still allow you to book their travel with this boarding point with the detail of another nearby travels, however I found that the SRM drivers do not come to this location for pickup. They don't inform you in advance also that you should go to different pick up point (madiwala police station). Once I, by chance, called them after reaching this place and was informed to go to different boarding point carrying all my big luggages since they denied to come there for pickup. During the same day, I found that one traveller had to catch auto and come a long way to board this bus since they did not inform him and they didn't pick up his calls when he tried to reach them. SRM should pay attention to customer satisfaction and customer comfort. I wouldn't really recommend SRM booking if you are a couple traveller or travelling with family.
