★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked from Chennai to Bangalore on April 21, 2019, boarding time 11:30 at CMBT, went good. Arrangements made good. The bus has to drop us their last dropping point Shanthinagar at 05:05AM, but the person in charge informed and dropped us at Madiwala, saying this is the last stop. When asked, he all of a sudden deaf and dumb, such arrogance. Extremely dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ these fools knew bus AC was not working. even then they somehow managed Ac and started the trip just half an after bus left again AC stopped. the owner came and did something and managed again it was already 1 hour late. then again after 30 min burning smell came we stopped the bus. the owner is so irresponsible. he should have changed the bus earlier from starting point. Finally he got another bus. Again around 5 in the morning we were made to get down and change the bus, we had to sleep in used and dirty pillow and bedsheets. this is not acceptable. I wish I could give 0 star. Irresponsible behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service. Booked at 8 pm and my boarding time at 10 pm in Sitraa Coimbatore. They have not updated my booking and bus didn't stop at my stop. finally at kovilpalayam I chased the bus and got the bus. Iresponsible answer from Driver and office. Kindly help me how to file a case against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They still have to give me the refund money INR 1,650 after they cancelled the bus from Vellore in the last moment. I called all of the numbers on the website for the ticket refund but no-one bothered to help. Worst service - staff is very rude. Don't travel with them not reliable. Update: after one year of chasing still no refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pathetic. There is no office in Madivala. The support people will not pick the phone after 6 pm, it will be hard for you reach them. Bus was late for more than 2 hrs and driver switched off his phone. Bus was not clean. They come up with heavy smell of incense sticks, which was irritating. The blanket was not clean, it was not ironed properly, huge smell of washing powder. In experienced driver, lot of arguments with their own staffs inside the bus. Tyre condition was pathetic, it got puncture during the journey. Bus was vibrating like anything because of this. Not at all comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a ticket from vellore to chennai. Bus scheduled for pick up at 1 pm . Bus did not show up, called the local agent (contact given with booking details by red bus). Agent was very rude and informed tht bus started late and will be late. Till q.30 pm there was no bus, then I demanded for the drivers co tact, called the driver couple times no answer.
Driver calls be back at 1.44 and infoems tht he was not aware of the pick up a d has already crosses vellore and reached ranipet. Local agent cooler calls me back at 1.52 pm and tells me ggt the dri er is not answering the phone , and I should take another bus. So basically u pay 630 rupees for a 2 hour ride, spend over an hour waiting and them the bus operator forgets to to pick u and tells you to find another service.
My worst travel experience ever. Would never recommend anyone to use this service and show these rude people where they belong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service... Left on road for 6hrs after bus axle complaint happened when I traveled from Bangalore to kochi in December 2019. The office people never responded and all passengers were shouting to the bus staff.
