Bus more than two hour delay, in office no proper chair provided,
Wifi password not provided,
Person who is sitting in the chair , he explained bus late because of breakdown.
In the same time bus live location moving.
Many people are complaing

Reduced one star as the staff at the counter demanded some money after handing over a prepaid parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to drop my relative to kerala. No information board on which bus is departing to where and when. The bus attendant also was not much helpful. It will be better if they have a route map/info either at their website or in redbus so it will be helpful for the customers to chose the route and plan the travel better. Also the number mentioned in Google does not exist. There are better operators /govt operators to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Parcel service, i have transported my bike and luggages to Bangalore, they have told me that they are not responsible for loading and unloading damages to bike, i said fine thinking that if anything happens while getting the bike in and out of the container but what they did they have got the bike in and put all the weights into the bike resulting the hand bar itself bend and fork bend my clutch and front break broke and foot trust all bent.. i had to spend 6k for servicing the bike coz of the damages they caused and they would say we have told you about it earlier and we are not responsible for it if you would go ask..such a worst service and they will charge you a lump money as well I have paid 4k for the luggages and bike and 6k for the damages they caused. I could have book a seperate van for 2k and bring my stuffs.. please don't go with this scam. I would have given zero starts if Google have allowed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a frequent bus traveller and I never had such a bad experience with any bus services. Please include atleast one staff with a little brain in ur crew if u wish to continue the business. None of them are aware of stop locations. I had to walk nearly 3 kms at night with all my luggage from the location shown in redbus and the live location shared by ur bus. And the staff donot even know a single place to give a landmark. Horrible!
