★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. Not enough chairs to accommodate everyone. The waiting room was so small that it was suffocating. Bus came 1.5 hours late. Ticket cost is 3x that of train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Major hub for interstate bus passengers. Have hotels, petty shops, toilet facilities. It's a crowded area as most of the interstate buses start/ pass by this route.

And it is must for some improvements because all busses starting after 8:00PM
So consider some humanity....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst support ever seen this kind of peoples.... I was supposed to get the bus at 3am, got an msg that 1:30 delayed... Here is raining ☹️.... Can't stand anywhere as their office was closed.... When I tried to reach them, they were not answering the call.... After one and half hour called them, they were not yet reached BLR airport... On the way, will be coming in 30mins.... which is not acceptable....I've been waited for the bus for 2:30hrs which is more than my travel time (BLR to DPI)
One kalada travel has started when I reached at boarding point... At least they should arrange something if the bus is not coming on the time... They have missed so many things which will shouldn't do for the passenger....
Kallada is very worst travel support, I wouldn't recommend to travel anywhere by this travels....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an absolutely wonderful experience in the Calicut to Bangalore sleeper. Very spacious and comfortable. The office has a good waiting space. Currently waiting here out of the rain for an Uber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled in non AC semi sleeper bus.
Cons.
1. All old seats
2. Bottle holder are completely waste it LL never fit.
3. Nets for keeping papers/small thing all broken
4. Staff never speaks properly
5. Not at all clean, stinky smell
Try other travels like government or good reputed buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting room is too small so most of the passengers need to stay outside. Also both departure and arrival of the bus was too late. The only thing I am happy about this travels is, they provide good new premium buses, at lower tariff compared to other players in the market.
