★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My chennai trip from Bangalore bus was charged 1300 and no AC functioning. They simply said to open the window and says mech. Not available. I strongly recommend not to opt this bus and the driver and assistance are not supporting passengers. We had few sr. Citizens and they really suffered. A terrible travel with my family.

The only problem about the Bangalore Madiwala office is that, the bus does not come to the office, rather comes a quarter kilometres away and most of the time there is no staff in the office who could guide the passengers.

Very poor maintance of seat. Seats were not clean
Bedsheets were stinky nd not washed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no issues with this travels, they are located near madiwala. Staffs were friendly and bus came on-time as well. One good thing about this travels is that they had given a boarding pass which was kind of easy and convenient for both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Conductor was very responsive and was friendly. I experienced it when I travelled from Bangalore @1.30pm. The travel was really good. Conti also provide free water bottles and snack bottles. It's less expensive but the was respectful, what people deserve.

Buses are very neat, clean and polite drivers, caring staff inside the bus, booking is easy thru their website as well as red bus. Any query, the office staff members answers clearly and politely

I booked a bus of Conti travels while coming from Bangalore to Coimbatore but in between the bus stopped for two to three because once the engine got too heated up and another time the brake wasn't working properly. The bus got delayed to due to all these for almost one and half hours. Thanks to the Almighty that we reached safely. I would never recommend my closed ones to book this travels buses. Sorry to inform but the quality of the buses need to be improved!
