★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be very clean and punctual. Slowly the delay became up to 1.5hrs from scheduled. Sometimes the driver keeps the temperature very high and ac becomes useless. So now average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with a staff on my travel from Madurai to Bangalore, Driver Shivakumar was rude and demanded additional fare of 500 for the only luggage I had just because it’s a cardboard box, which is not even oversized. He was keen demanding cash and didn’t offer any other mode of payment. BTW REDBUS RESOLUTION IS A JOKE, they didn’t resolve anything and believing the review on their platform was a mistake I actually did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad, very uneasy, it's totally uncomfortable and the noise of the bus was horrible, no pillow, blankets are not washed, bus was shaking so badly.no suspension at all. It's a AC bus but it gives you a normal local bus experience. Journey was not at all good that too with senior citizens please do not prefer this travels.
My Granny was not able to lie down due to shaking and lack of suspension, she sat for 10 hrs stretch.
My route was from Velankanni to Bangalore.
I took YBM from Bangalore which was best is class and the comfort was awesome.
Uncomfortable journey specially when travelling with family
Rest stop. Bus stoped near a lonely bakery on a highway and gave us 10 min to use washroom. Paying so much and getting treated like a local bus is not worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Worst bus any operator can provide. First of all the driver fail to respond any of our calls and top of that changed the boarding point. Due to which my aged parents has to suffer due to their mistake. On top of that they are arguing and misbehaved with my parent saying its correct mentioned in the app. The bus quality is more worse where the seats are not sanitized and smelling very bad which is not hygienic. The route i am talking about is from Thiruvarur to Bangalore. The bus driver and cleaner are rude and did not give any proper response. I would not suggest any one to take this bus if you really dont want to have a pathetic travel experience and their rates are stupidly expensive in comparison to the kind of service they provide. Worst ever service seen from swamy Ayyapa travels.
