1-1hr delay at boarding point & no early call or msg for delay
2-2hrs delay reached at destination .
3-Summer day providing warm water bottle.
I will never book this bus in my future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and professionalism..First they misplaced my luggage to some other person,then we had to collect it 20kms from our home,they didn't make our lives better by assuring us to send us the luggage...we had take the onus to collect it along with paying hefty cab fares to and fro..they didn't behave properly and we had to PAY THE PRICE,FOR THE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART.
VERY BAD SERVICE AFTER TAKING SO MUCH TICKET FARE from Ooty to Bangalore. The office at Madiwalla was to blame here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver so adamant to stop for dinner at 9.30pm. when so many passengers demanded to stop also he doesn't care to stop for dinner. From afternoon bua is going so slow and couldn't reach destinations on time. So he doesn't wanna stop. Such pathetic service.
Bus from Coimbatore to Bangalore going towards Hyderabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Booked ticket from chennai to Bangalore Majestic Ananda Rao circle. Initially they said bus drop you majestic. But while reaching Savory hotel place bus checker said you get down heare we provide another bus that bus making very late reaching Majestic. My dear passenger please note it.
In their route chart they are mentioning dropping point Majestic available. But while traveling time they are cheating like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience traveling from Bangalore to Madurai on this bus. Absolute scammers who charged five times the ticket price during an emergency. The staff were rude too. Avoid this travels at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience. Not maintained proper time and proper pickup place. Stopped inbetween for multiple times for more than 1/2 hr. They have asked me to be in pickup point by 2.00 PM and they picked up by 3.00 PM and dropped me by 11.PM Totally 9 hrs took to drive 350 KM Bangalore to chennai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The travel experience to Ooty was horrible. The bus was good but driver did not make stops for restroom on a 8 hour night ride after Hosur. chose the bus as it was a/c sleeper ...but driver did not stop despite desperate requests.

Very bad vehicle, very bad AC, bad driver. 2 and half hours late to arrive at the destination. AC is useless. Fan is better than this AC. Too much of time waste. Blanket smells good but no use.
They fill the passengers even near the destination. Like a city bus. Not worth paying 1600 at all.
