★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very bad experience,my timing of bus at 4am and he is coming 5am..and telling we sent information to everyone...that one is too rude being girl to stay 1:30 hr in unknown place.
You should be careful with your bus timings.

We were at the boarding point on time and we waited almost 3 hours, we called the driver several times no reponse nor I rcvd call from him.
Parraelly, we contacted the support team and they asked to wait and finally they told us to leave as they also couldn't reach the driver either and they would process a refund.
The next day we rcvd a call from support team saying that we left the boarding point so its our fault how much frustration we would faced on top of the we spent Rs. 230 to travel to the boarding point up and down.
TOTALLY WASTED. NO BODY TOOK THE RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX THE ISSUE.
I WOULD NEVER TRAVEL WITH RKK TRAVELS AGAING..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bad experience but after that writing the review, got the call from office and the person spoke well and understood what the problem was. So I'm changing my mind from 1 star to 3 star because of his good behavior and how he communicated. I hope in future it won't happen and everything will be good with the staff.

4.15 was departure time. I got late by 3 minutes. The drivers were very rude and moved the bus. I had asked the auto driver to follow the bus take over, stop the bus and then board. Very Rude Drivers (Chennai to Bangalore) difficult to communicate. However the bus reached Bangalore 1.30 minutes late. Who is responsible for the late arrival ? I still hate the feeling they treated me so rude. Anyone can get 5 to 10 minutes late (Rain, Traffic) any thing can cause delay. DO NOT BOOK with them it could be you getting Harassed NEXT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this bus, it's a sleeper bus it's comfartable to sleep and i love this bus. In the bus charging points will be there we can charge our phones anytime.And this RKK Travels is a good service and good bus. And this bus was clean and well sanitized.I hope i can in this bus very soon.
