★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good travels but some busses are in bad condition. Sleeper bus but we can't sleep properly. I request everyone to report to RedBus about quality of bus you are traveling and next double check with bus operator to any inconvenience during the travels...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was good. Kind staff. The only problem was that we were provided with 1 blanket for 2 people and no complimentary water bottles. I asked the staff to provide me a blanket, He said that they don't have extra blankets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus interior was good and clean, although blanket was scorching, I was happy to carry a bedsheet along with me; air-conditioning was top - had to close fins after some time - could have advanced fins where you can reduce speed instead of closing; the ride was bumpy as I bought tickets last minute - got last end sleeper and had the sleepless night. I would have liked if they don't serve free water for which they awaited last passengers to board from last pickup point and then awakening sleeping person to handover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable bed. Clean sheets. Suitable pillow and decent blanket. But then you would see a few small cockroaches moving here and there on the window pane. And most importantly, the conductor/assistant was extremely rude and impolite. Realising that we did not speak the same language, started talking in his own language. The bus is super comfortable but the conductor was a pain in the @#₹&

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is very good.... Nicely maintained and was with TV screens for each seat. But AC was toooo cold. They have to maintain it. They have monitor the temperature and keep it to a comfortable level. Other point I felt like was the driving was too fast. May be the feeling. Also the land mark provided in Velankanni was not accurate. There was no Noel travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus quality was decent.. Maintains good time.. But the road from Bangalore to pondicherry is kinda pathetic in between.. The highway is under construction since long and the bus gets all bumpy around midnight till early morning.. Couldn't catch any sleep..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling from bangalore to chidambaram. Bus experience was really good. But driver and cleaner are bit harsh and lazy. I had a baggage which I had to keep beneath in the luggage guard of this bus. The cleaner said he cannot open the door. Then he said there is no space for my baggage. So finally I kept it on my upper birth and slept managing the little space. It is the responsibility of the travels to solve this kind of issues in the future. Respect the passenger and try to find place for their luggage as well in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "An unpleasant experience right from the start".
My husband and I were carrying a small carton box with dinner plates in it for safety and the driver and his helper are asking us to pay extra for it!... And he made a big deal about it and was very rude!!! The bus was not waiting where it's supposed to and we get spoken to rudely again by the driver!!! And after we get down same story again!... To add to that the bus is in poor condition and not a good quality type. There is absolutely no reason to take the service of SMA travels... Pay a little more and get a bus that's comfortable gives correct pick-up information and who's staff is polite... Never taking this bus service again and will discourage everyone I know from doing so...
