★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, did not send any message for bus number etc. I tried a lot to contact them. Finally I contacted redbus people and got the number, then I had called them they were telling bus is on time madam u be on time and they cut the call. Bus is also very old and altered one. Not recommending to any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked ticket from Chennai to Bangalore 12th AUG, Boarding time as 10 p.m. Driver called me and asked where are you, i said on the way to boarding point to be reached 5 mins, once reached boarding point i called Driver no, he said we left exactly 10 p.m you are not reached so we left that place then he asked us to come poonamallee place. we took auto and went there , i called driver he said we moved from there . he asked to us come Kanchipuram. it's already spent Bus booking amount 2100/- + Auto - 500 - 2600/- we don't have amount. we catched another normal bus and came to Bangalore. we struggled lot that with my two kids. This bus is very very very worst service in my life. Driver and Travels person speaking very rudly. I don't recommend anybody.
