★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travels ever used ... My arrival time to goa is 10:45am but after 1:30pm also i didnt reached my place ...
From night 9pm to mrng 10am driver gave one stop that is near to petrol pump , no stop in between to get some water also worst time maintenance... there are so many travels they stick to time plz go n use that ... Don't ever book bus from shalom travels ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't travelled personally, but I called them to book a ticket for our inmate to travel to Goa, there are 4 phone number in that 0ne number is not relevant and related another two numbers always switched off, and finally I contacted another number he is also not respond with relevant answers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER book a trip with them. They are super irresponsible and don't own up to the mess they make. I had booked an AC sleeper bus from Goa to Bangalore. They put us up in a filthy nonAC seater bus 2 hours late. They it stopped in middle of nowhere and made all passengers wait for 3 hours without any updates saying that another bus would pick us up. Overall the bus was 8 hours late and there was nothing we could do about it. There was solo female travellers who were so scared. Families with kids who had to deal with it. It was just super scary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever book a bus from this agency, I had booked a bus from goa to Bangalore. It was a 6:15pm bus they made me wait till 6:30 and suddenly the the travels said bus got cancelled without any notice or messages to me. When I called the agency they said it was not their problem that the bus got cancelled and was talking very rudely. I had to face a lot of problem because of them .If I could I would give ZERO rating I would. Stay away from this travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst travels I've ever booked. They do not have a proper mobile number to contact them nor a proper time in their arrival. There are several travels who stick with time, even in the busiest Bangalore traffic, it's because they have a proper time schedule and planning. This shalom travels knows only to drive buses I suppose, nothing else. My arrival time for the bus is 4 pm and I was waiting till 6pm for them to arrive to Madiwala. The travels should learn the value of time.
