★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place. Non-responsive staffs. I've used Kallada's service in Chennai, which was so good. But their Bangalore service is poor and pathetic. Insufficient waiting place. Bangalore has heavy traffic which delays bus arrivals. They should ensure good waiting lounge for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus is good but here are couple of things. They promised a 9 am start from madiwala bus stop but didn't start until 945 am. The redbus site says they will reach in 530 hours but realistically it will be 7 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are one of the best established service providers in the field. They have always kept the standards high even in the times of tough competition. Staff are very cordial and considerate towards their customers. You can book tickets thru red bus app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic & Horrible Experience and well ruined by irresponsible staffs!!
The bus started at the right time from Bangalore to Trivandrum but:
1. Reached E-city in 1.5 hours, not sure how they managed to spend 1.5 hours between Madiwala and E-city, at 14:45 with no heavy traffic.
2. The sleeper bus got hit into a railway bridge in Coimbatore, got jammed inside and took around 2 hours to pull it out. People had no idea that why did the driver took such an under-height tunnel to ride a tall bus like the one we travelled. Luckily, no fire!!
3. Waited for 5 hours in Coimbatore bus stand for the next bus, which we were lucky that enough seats were available in the next bus
4. The second bus provided was semi-seater, even though I spent all the money on a Sleeper bus
5. Got the last row seat, struggling to sit, sleep or stand.
6. No clear communication to passengers on when will the next bus arrive nor the current status, even though passengers were asking them repeatedly. They were busy quarrelling themselves gaming blames. Faking expected time to passengers as 10 min, 15min, 5 min.
7. Guys never even bothered to arrange an alternate bus but waited for an upcoming bus which arrived after 5 hours. We were 18 passengers with cross fingers, waiting for the bus.
8. One last word, we as passengers book early tickets to make sure that our very urgent commitments are met without any trouble. We cannot afford nor anticipate 4-5 hours of delay. Finally, I reached my destination at 10:30, which was supposed to be there at 06:30. Thanks to the driver of the second bus. Note that we started at previous day 14:45 from Bangalore. Well spent 20 Hours. Nightmare it was!!
Please try respecting the commitments of passengers, trust me, you will never regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Bangalore to Kodaikanal and also did a return journey with them.
Overall experience was nice. Seats are big since this is a 2+1 Sleeper setup. Also didn't face much problem on the curvy mountain roads. I travelled on a Volvo Multi-Axle bus, so journey was comfortable as well, didn't feel many jerks.
Lower birth is more comfortable than the upper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guess this is the private travels which have the most coverage across Kerala from major cities like Bengaluru, Coimbatore etc. They provide all types of buses from non a/c semi sleeper to multi axke sleeper with various price ranges. With network and coverage they have they are a natural candidate for 4+ star rating but they score badly in customer satisfaction. The arrogance the staffs in pickup bus, travel bus shows, outdo all the good the travels can provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Actual Boarding point from where the Long Distance buses starts.
They have different pick up points, but from all over the City you have to reach here to Board your correct bus. Office is on Top & Washroom and waiting Hall in Basement. Nearby you have many other Travel Offices & tasty restaurants. Buses are also neat and clean.
