FEW DAYS BACK I GOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO BOARD BHAWANI TRAVELS BUS FROM GOA TO BANGALORE.IT WAS A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE.THE CONDITION OF THE BUS WAS PATHETIC I WAS OCCUPYING FRONT TWO SEATS BUT STILL THE RIDE WAS BONE CRACKING.NO PILLOWS & BLANKET WAS PROVIDED IN THE AC SLEEPER BUS.PASSENGERS WERE DYING OF COLD.NO TEMP CONTROL SYSTEM WAS THERE IN THE BUS AC WAS EITHER ON OR OFF.MORNING WHEN I REACHED BANGLORE I WAS SO EXHAUSTED THAT I HAD TO TAKE LEAVE I WAS NOT IN A CONDITION TO GO TO OFFICE.AVOID BHAWANI TRAVELS

I have not seen worst travel service in my life. I booked a package of Rs 4k to ooty in rush when I reached Bangalore and it was the biggest mistake during my visit to Bangalore. They first provided the sleeper bus to go OOty but the bus condition was too bad ,seats were like sliding from their positions when we were trying to even sit , just imagine how we managed to sleep on them whole night. Then next morning when we reached Ooty many surprises by "The Bhavani Travels" were yet to come.They told us at the time of booking that one bus will come at the stop to pick us up and drop us to the hotel.But no bus came and the we were standing like mad people in OOty waiting for the imaginary bus,the bus never came. We tried calling them but they were first not picking the call for at least 15-20 mins and when they picked the reply came from them was 'who booked your package, name the person,you can imagine the feeling of being cheated that time.Then we took a auto who took 100 bucks for just 2 kms and finally we reached the 0.2 star hotel in which broken toilet , bed bugs,dirty blankets were waiting for us. Anyway we expected that from them after the bad condition of bus.I was like Please God save us from all this.So we tried to forget the nightmares of bus and room by watching the beauty of Ooty nature but the upcoming night was there again to torture us. As I have raised many questions and concerns to these guys so they decided too take revenge and one guy from the Bhavani traveler came and started screaming like mad and returning our 1000 Rs and told that do your arrangement for returning Bangalore.I was shocked to hear that I mean because I have raised concerns about the problems I faced ,so they were trying to ruin our remaining journey.It was around 10 p.m in the night when the guy came to us to return money so even one other bus was not available next morning and as my flight was there from Bangalore to Mumbai.So I had to stick with them and I did not take the money back and have argued too much with the guy,The guy started threatening us about how much approach he has in that area what can he do and all that rubbish he told me.They said many things by which I felt very bad and helpless and not able to reply them. Anyway I managed to send back the guy as I was helpless because of the flight,so I returned to Bangalore next morning. But my whole experience of visiting Ooty was ruined because of the BHAVANI TRAVELS. SO BEWARE OF THEM ..PLEASE PLEASE If you want to have pleasant stay and have little importance of your vacation then DON"T TRY TO TRAVEL OR TAKE PACKAGES BY THEM.

Really really really bad and unprofessional operator. Had the worst experience of travelling with them. To the extent that I decided to chuck them midway when the bus refused to move for an hour and paid a private taxi to reach my destination. I am honestly requesting all of you to NOT opt for them, pick anything else that is available.

Please do not travel in these buses. Really pathetic, we booked to travel from belgaum to bangalore on 4th of January 2015. The bus was in the worst condition, and these guys charged 1600 per head, as it was a long weekend and we had no other option, we opted for it. Bus broke down at 3.30 am at some remote place near to chitradurga, and the driver did not inform the correct reason, and just told that the tyres were punctured and he will replace them in a while and proceed. We again went to sleep and observed at 5.30 that the bus was still at the same place. Only after enquiring the driver says it was break down and they are getting a back up bus, and it would be 9.30 am by the time we get the replacement bus. They wasted 6 hours, and with the drivers words, nobody was confident enough about the back up. So finally all the passengers took their own means and left to bangalore by 8 am. This was the worst experience with bhavani travels. We finally reached home by 12 pm. Missed the meeting and monday morning schedules after a long weekend. :-(

Am giving it a rating of 1 as less than that is not an option but please consider as -1. Last week due to rush i had to take Bhavani travels as it was the only sleepr bus available at that point. To be honest, this was amongst the worst experience of my life. Firstly the address printed on the ticket would not match the exact address where the bus is standing. They will arrange an auto and put 7-8 members in the same to take you to the bus. Secondly, the bus is standing at a very dirty place with so many mosquitoes waiting for you in the bus. Unfortunately my seats were L1 and L2 just next to driver, so we were the lucky ones. And then in order to save money, they did not want to turn on the AC. I told conductor three to four times. He would switch on the AC but agin after half an hour he will switch it off. And the final 3 hrs , they did not turn it on telling that we are very near to the city. So guys, even if its the last option, please refrain from travelling in this bus. Rest your wish.

You will get bus tickets here for Coimbatore, TIRUPPUR, Chennai, Salem, etc. Service is ok. I don't find Toilet room while waiting here. Staffs are updating details but sometimes they give irritated reply particularly over phone. Rates are moderate, if you book early than low cost tickets available.

Unethical and unprofessional behavior of staff. On the date of journey they will call and say the bus which you have booked is cancelled, so we are arranging alternate bus for which additional charge has to be paid. Since on the date of journey passengers will not have an option to find alternate bus they are using this strategy to make money.
