★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to give rate 1alao. Worst service no one will answer your call when bus is delay. Even 6 or 7 hours delay also they will not refund the money. Once you get cheated means cheated only. Their is no change to get refund. If the bus is delay more than 10 hours also. Worst experience ever SRS service refund sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SRS TRAVELS NOT SAFE FOR FAMILY. Myself along with my 6 year old kid.booked BOMMASANDRA as boarding point. We reached office along with my husband who came to drop me. My son had slept in the chair, as it was already 11.30 PM. The office boy who was in drunken state started to quarrel with me that chair is for sitting not for sleeping. At the same time I took my son and thought of leaving the place. But he continued to quarrel and wanted to attack us along with his two goons who came for support to him.
They tried to corner and attack us, not allowing to leave that office. No one helped us, since they were already aware of the situation I guess. After a long dispute we came outside where there were 10 dogs. We were waiting till 12.30 am to board our bus to reach TIrupur. I don’t think they are in the state to listen to anyone, they are just doing rowdism with passengers.
Please avoid booking BOMMASANDRA boarding point if you are travelling in SRS. Totally not safe for anyone including children, women or men.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. i will never try this again... They don't know the location where are they.. when we will ask them they will drop us more than 50 km away from our exact location for Auto drivers benifit (maybe they have some connections with auto driver).. and auto driver will make your pocket empty.. first and last.. and for couples bed also not master bed it's two joined bed and your back bones will break and charger sockets also not working ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are waste people and didn't responded properly to the query. We were standing in the road from 5:30 am to 10:40 am as the bus was having some problem. I don't suggest this bus.

7th, 9th Jan 2022: I travelled from Aurangabad Maharashtra to Bangalore and then vice-versa, when traveling driver stopped at Shirdi but the bus captian didn't call anyone for washroom (he forgot being busy in boarding passengers), post 5 hours when I was completely out of control holding pee for hours in winter + AC bus, driver and captain started argument upon asking. Very impolite behaviour by driver.
In return to Aurangabad the current supply to Mobile Charging socket wasn't available for hours, where driver said it will be only available for an hour in morning, no privacy for as the curtains was quite short so it cannot cover your entire berth and the neighbours can monitor your valuables easily.
I travelled many time with SRS but the staff behaviour is not same it used to be earlier ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus stops only at this place for food. But they won't serve anything other than parotta and dried chapathis. All other shops charge 125 150% of MRP for biscuits and other bakkery items. Whn i requested help from the driver he yelled at me saying, this is where he can stop. Don't know SRS instructed to do this. But the whole experience is awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i booked the bus on Feb 12th from tiruchedur to bangalore. they stopped the bus at madurai office and they overloading the goods in the bus almost they stopped the bus for more than 2 hours. when i enquired due to other vehicle breakdown theh dumping the goods in our bus. they stopped uncessarily for more than 2 hrs. Is this passenger vehicle or goods vehicle. they loading goods over our luggages which kept in luggage box. totally fed up with worst service of srs travels. Bus No- KA42A5836. Travel date 12th feb from: Trichendur To: Bangalore
