★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. No telephone charger and light in the berth. Stopping vehicle at odd hours in their specified hotels. The bus was supposed to reach at 8.30 . It reached Borivali at 11 am. There was no traffic or any other problem. They're not particular about time. Bad experience . Moreover no covid protoçals followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all on time, unnecessary stoppages, Arrogant staff. Only interior of the bus is good, rest all is pathetic. Worst experience ever, more than 2 hours late and rude staff.

The Sharma travels as they are un respective un responsible & something like what they can do to us places to stop also timings were not right there were multiple issues with this very rude staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From chennai it started at 10.30pm and to reach electronic city it took 8hrs i.e 6.30 am...poor timings...poor driver and employees behaviour. In my seat i coudnt open window and asked bus incharge he told me it is struck and he could not do anything, its a hot summer and non ac bus...asked for change of seat and driver said" does it said in tickets that all windows will work properly?"...never use this transport services.

They have got the new Eicher fleet. The busses are very smooth. Drivers are very friendly and experienced as well.
Was not at all strained even after 8hr journey.
