★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are extremely over priced. To delivery 170 cartons from Bangalore to Chennai they charged me around 13000 whereas some other travels for 185 cartons charged me only 8000.So which means MSS charged without customer knowledge 5000 more and on complaining they where not willing to give my stocks. So forcefully had to pay the entire money to them. It was like they looted me without my knowledge. Was using MSS service till date without comparing their pricing and just blindly paid whatever their challan amount was. Now never am I going to use their service because they are not trustworthy anymore to a business owner like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked sleeper coach(AC) from Bengaluru but they informed us that the trip has been cancelled due to bus brake down that to 30 minutes before departure and no alternate bus they had .
Luckily they helped us find another bus (different travels) and managed to leave on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel rates are very high regards this we have called in Bangalore Mr imran he has told to speak with mr ramesh he told to wait till evening but he has not responded again again we have called him not responding again we called head Office there have given mr kumersan GM number he is not responsible person we have called him around 50 times to 60 times and sent him SMS also to call us but he his not responsible person for that posting he is not capable person regard this issue MD of MSS has to take action against this issue

The Bus is super luxury with spacious sleepers for single and double persons.The bus is very well sanitised and they provide you a water bottle, a mask and clean blankets.The staffs are very well behaved with good nature. Best between Bangalore and Chennai.
