Boarding was from kalasipalyam, banglore
But we were forced to board from anandrao circle 3 km distance from kalasipalyam, and driver and conductor were so rude with travellers lady travellers
Nobody was ready listen ,
Before I was fan of vrl travels but now it is nightmare. I hate to travel with vrl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from Australia with a love for the great outdoors - I recently took a journey to India visiting the very warm Southern state of Kerala and Bangalore. From Bangalore I traveled to Mumbai and took the VRL Sleeper at a boarding point which was situated in a bustling market place called Majestic in the city. The bus arrived on time and left within 10 minutes.
The single berth was extremely comfortable even for a big built person like me. The linen was clean and the hindi movie was loud. Until my neighbor on the wide double berth pointed to a switch which served as the volume control. The journey was a great way of connecting with the people and the place. Highly recommend this travel.. over any other in the south.

Bad pantuality. They are doing it intensionally because at the last moment of departure new passengers will come.
15-20min late is okey.
But more than 1 and half late regularly means too bad.

Bus operator calls and tells me that the bus is canceled and gives me a upper deck shared ticket without even mentioning it is shared. When asked for cancelling, asks me to go to their office. When you can accept money online, why can't you refund online?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m just writing a review to make people aware how miserable u can feel after booking Vrl..my booking was from kasalipalyam to Mumbai so I reached vrl office at kasalipalyam to know the boarding point but the person inside the office was so rude to answer my questions he was like muje kuch nhi pata apne book Kia tune book Kia tu khud dkh.. so it’s my request from next time onwards book ur ticket from the trusted travels to avoid such instances

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time travel with VRL . While writing this review I already did Bangalore to Pune(900km) and Now i am on the way to Bangalore again with the VRL MULTI AXEL I SHIFT AC SLEEPER .
Inside of the bus is great , You will provide personal AC vent ,Mobile holder , Charging port , Light ( but unfortunately in both buses personal light was found no working , which bad ).
Journey is comfortable no doubt , Driver is co operative but try to avoid lower seat beacuse on my first bus ,I was provided by window on lower but on the second bus no window on lower .
Over all it was great experience for me.
