★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangalore-Cherupuzha, left Bangalore 10:15PM which is 1 hour late from the scheduled time, then from Iritty (10 minutes for parcel unloading) to Payyavur and SreeKandapuram (30 minutes for parcel unloading), then to Taliparamba, then parcel unloading at Karuvanchal and Alakode (wasted another 20 minutes) and it reached the destination Cherupuzha at 8:30. We pay 899 over Rs.440, by KSRTC, for a road trip in this non A/C bus!? Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is specifically for the seater buses. Price charged is bit high when compared to the comfortability provided. I wouldn't recommend seater buses of golden for tall peoples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied with the office staffs behaviour in Bangalore. Very rude and not ready to help their passengers. Their ticket rate is very high compared to other service providers. Please don't choose the Golden bus service if you have any other option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been travelling with Golden Travels since more than 15 yrs , till now not once have i been disappointed with any services with regard to cost , customer care or timings of departure and arrival . Prompt and decent services , very safe for women to travel as well .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always no trouble. Reached safe. On time. They can clean the bus a bit more I felt also considering the service the office is not family friendly. Hence 4 stars. No complementary water, no movies. No charging points. FYI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good customer service. They gave me back seats in non A/C without informing its a back seat and it was for 900 from madivala to cherupuzha.. Not at all satisfied. Bus was not comfortable too..
