★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from royal travel from Bangalore to kumily trip, they had very poor communication while boarding time , one of staff was very rude behaviour they not treating customer respective way.. before arrive dropping location they purposefully changed me to take another bus with my 5 luggage which I can not carry alone...I am never going to book royal travel again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't travel in any private buses to Rameshwaram or else confirm is the bus run through "National Highway" , when we travelled to Rameshwaram bus run through old roads or service roads that to those roads are under maintenance very often bus taking diversion and coming back to road quickly , nor can we sleep neither we can sit .
Money oriented people , not botherd about passengers needs , bus stoped at restaurant that was non vegetarian ?
Don't they know pilgrims are visiting Rameshwaram temple ?
Waiting for passengers for more than 30 minutes at Electronic City they can't give time to attend nature call .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are dishonest. They do not return lost and found materials. Behaviour is rude. Negligent. They force your get down suddenly checking the auto stops.. and does not allow you to collect things. Later when you ask for left materials.. they pass the blame game. Company has no proper monitoring. Or no set customer service process.
