★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Bangalore to chennnai on 05/02/2021 on Bus Number KA O1 AJ 5633.journey was so smooth.. Bus was neat and they maintained teperature check and also provided a bottle of water to drink. staff were very courteous.( reached destination on time)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Bangalore to Chennai this weekend and found the staff very courteous and helping. The bus seemed to be well maintained too. They did not provide water bottle though. I boarded the bus at 6:15 am from Marathahalli and reached Guindy at around 1:15 pm, almost same time as mentioned on the website. Very Punctual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seats are pretty much comfortable with good and ample space for the recliner to go back with also better leg space. Just do not bring lot of hand baggage as the space to keep above the seat is pretty low which is bit of irritating if you don't find a good neighbor else you would have to keep it below the seat consuming some of your leg space.Big luggages can easily go in the side luggage areas of bus outer side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst travels ever in this world,travelled today from Chennai to Bangalore along with my aunt and my sister, morning pickup time 6.35am and around 7am cleaner said there won't be AC untill reached koyambedu, with sweat we spent 1 hour and then bus took off from 7.45am we reached Bangalore only around 4.30pm almost 12 hours journey to bangalore, how nonsense is this really we are thinking to come in next visit to ur travels such a worst travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel from hyderabad to Bengalore everything is good specially they are calling and asking for any improvement in travels for safe and happy journey non of others travels call and ask each passenger staff are good even some travels ask extra money for carton box luggage but national travels understand the passenger concern if we request they wont charge for carton box luggage alhamdulillah n i had nice journey with national travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst travellers. To reach mumbai is takea 18hr but these traveller took 24 hrs in additional they didnt provided blankets ane pillow and there halt timings for luch N snacks N dinner are pathetic there staff is not at polite I don't recommend for anyone.
