Customer friendly staff. Too much hiked prices for the weekend travel. The buses are always late by at least 30 mins for pickup at this location and are always at least 1 hr late to the destination. Enough place for passengers to wait inside. No restroom in this travels office.

Staffs are cool ,condition of the bus was also good

As long as buses are on schedule it's fine. Everything goes haywire once the bus is late as they don't have any back up plan or a person who can help.

Bus is good and clean...but bus is not coming in time and their service is good.they are maintaining proper temperature but they stopped the AC in midnight..

Bus had cockroaches all over the bed.. This was the bus to kodaikanal from Bangalore Cleanliness is something we expect and it shouldn't go to this level.

Booked a bus from Bangalore to Karur that was supposed to pick me up by 1am, but the bus arrived at 2.20am. we were not informed about the delay and we had to call the driver to know the updates... No tracking which was supposed to be available... And no proper response from the driver... They had made us to wait in the road in the cold weather... I am not going to book Kallada anymore...

Being a woman,they took care of me n my belongings like a child ,they took care of my needs watever required in the journey stopped the bus when i had hunger n wish to go washroom all staff took me with a lot of care and managed me to pick n keep the heavy bags inside bus n get it off! It's amazing experience with security and safety like Anna's.
