★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service at arya bangalore s so fine and they r so gentle n polite i used to choose arya always ..I love my journey from banglore to kannur as i feel safe n secure..
Bt coming to service @kannur kannur offce its so poor .. staffs excluding 1 or 2 all othrs r worst n shows so much of attitude towrds d passengers we are often treated as we travel in the bus wthout gvg the fare.. also they also increase the fare as they wsh once the rate s 750 from bnglr to kannur same bus chrge wll be 800 ,850 or 900 and it goes to 2000 n more for bharat benz AC bus..n for non ac their chrg s from 750 to 1000 from kannur to bnglr ... Unnecessary staffs wll take a huge amount from the passngers from kannur and if d parcel s sent they need more money than the thg sent n parcel .The worst fellow n kannur s akhil he acts as we travel n his bus tht too for free as the owners also dosent hve so much attitude tht he hve...pls take care from kannur offce so that u dont loose ua passengers from kannur to bangalore ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled 1st time to Kannur in ac Bharat Benz bus last month. Very smooth driving, on time pick up from electronic city which is very helpful. Customer friendly office staff and bus crew members. A service with smile. I loved it. Will travel in Arya from onwards, and tell others also to choose Arya. Thanks Arya travels Bangalore. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travels between Kannur and Bangalore . On a normal Sunday’s trip they charged double Rs1399 for Kannur to Bangalore AC Bus . I thought bus might be better and booked . But bus quality was very poor. The Benz bus was very noisy and suspension was very poor. We couldn’t sleep properly. Bus is no where comparable to Volvo AC bus . I never choose this travels again if I had a chance to get any other bus .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service among the private bus services. I have been traveling in Arya travels since an year back, once its launched their first service back in 2018. Their service is commendably great,I would say the best among the other private bus services which run from Bangalore and Kannur. The staffs are all well mannered and very co-operative. The journey was always smooth for a girl like me who travels alone very often. Arya travels is a great blessing for people like us, especially these days, where the other private buss staffs are behaving to you like slaves rather than treating them like passengers. I would anytime suggest Arya travels to all my friends and family members.

A well managed office, courteous staff and a good and safe ride to my destination at Kannur. I was travelling with my kids and it ended up in a comfortable and worthwhile journey.
