β β β β β Very very worst... There is no prior information for route change.... Booked to irrity and supposed to be reach 4am... Now bus route is changed to kasargod, payyannur, kannur and finally reaching to irity with 5hrs delay... Totally disappointed and wasting time...

β β β β β I travel last 3 days back in Vadakara to Bangalore . Not arrived correct timings and cleaner miss behavior to passanger. He not given rest stop in highgenic place. worst transport. Next time i not book this buss.

β β β β β I had an emergency and booked tickets. Problem with my gpay and he understood. Sajil from Kerala help desk and also helped with pick up from a comfortable place for me since I was differently able. Thanks Sajil ?

β β β β β Bangalore to Kozhikode via Iritty (2+1)AC sleeper -highly disappointed night ride by NS TRANSPORTS???
1)Bus was highly responding to road turbulence.. thereby highly disturbed sleep.
2)Head end cushion backrest was total waste..less space for sleeping and neck pain!
3) Total waste-TV in each cubicle.. video display and sound was irritating in night travel.All TV's were kept ON during initial travel time(night).
4)There was no safety guard near leg side, thereby fear of fall due to vigorous rolling and disturbed sleep.
5)No mobile holder space
6)Not punctual
7) Rest stop hygiene- very poor
PS- There was a leftover water bottle in booked sleeper seat..giving doubt towards the hygiene of bus.

β β β β β Sorry to say that I and my friends had a very bad experience while travelling from kannur to bangalore in their (2+1) A/C bus. In the middle of the night, somewhere near Sringapattana, they asked us to board another bus telling that the bus had some technical failure. But it was very clear that they were shuffling the passengers among these two buses. This incident was handled very unprofessionally. Moreover, the bus rolls vigorously which makes the sleep very uncomfortable. Thanks to the impatient driver. Altogether it was a terrible experience. Thanks NS transports . !!
